All nominees must be under the age of 21, player in the top tier in an European league and can only be included if they have never won it before.
The Golden Boy prize was established by Tuttosport in 2003 and the winner will be decided by journalists from 30 European newspapers.
Anthony Martial won the award last year . Previous winners include Raheem Sterling (2014), Paul Pogba (2013), Mario Balotelli (2010) and Lionel Messi (2005).
